4. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer multiple subscription plans. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. AI credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.

4.1 Plans

We offer multiple subscription plans (FREE, PRO, BUSINESS) with different AI credit limits.

4.2 Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.

4.3 AI Credits

Monthly AI credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Bonus credits purchased separately do not expire.

4.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. AI-Generated Content

You retain all rights to content you create using the Service. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publication.

6. TikTok Integration

Our Service integrates with TikTok's platform via their official API. By using TikTok integration features, you agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service. we are not affiliated with TikTok.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content remain the exclusive property of FloxCree and its licensors.

9. Limitation of Liability

FloxCree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
